When to come

For the first trial lesson we always recommend to visit our "Beginner" class.Your basic level of fitness is important but not the main factor when choosing the class. Most of the exercises offered in STUDIO 2 are performed on the Reformer bed and aimed at teaching the clients the technique of isolating individual muscle groups and then working them to their maximum. In the “Beginner” class you will be introduced to the equipment and learn the technique of basic exercise performance.

Our "Beginner" level is ideal for those who are new to Dynamic Pilates or to any kind of Pilates. It is also good for those who are already familiar with the system, but want to work harder on the technique or to get in shape after a long break from classes.

What to wear

Your clothes should be comfortable and allow you to move freely. Leggings and sports top are ideal for training. You don't need shoes. Towels and water are provided in the studio.

What to expect

If this is your first class, we always ask you to make sure you arrive 10-15 minutes early. You will need to fill in the registration form and to meet the trainer. At the beginning of the class the trainer will explain the principals of the equipment and the safety rules. The class is focused on understanding how your core muscles work, improving posture, increasing flexibility and moving towards muscle balance.

Despite the name of the class, it is still a full workout. The trainer selects the program, which will help you to achieve maximum results, even at the initial stage. The faster you become confident with the basics, the sooner you'll start seeing the benefits of your training. "Intermediate" and "Advanced" levels will be easier, more interesting and more efficient if you first master the "Beginner" stage.
