From Teatralnaya metro station
go upstairs through exit leading to Bolshaya Dmitrovka street. Then use the right side of the street and go to Stoleshnikov lane (the second traffic light). Turn to the right, pass on Stoleshnikov lane to the central arch (it'll be third arch to the left from the beginnig of the lane) and through arch enter into court yard.
From Chekhovskaya metro station
